By April 2006 the domain was running two web applications beside the profile: a Chinese paid-to-click program called Chuangye Lianmeng (“Entrepreneurship Alliance”) under /ads/, and a small discussion forum called Xinxian Ba (“Fresh Bar”) under /duba/. The program’s postal address was on the same Shijiazhuang street as the wholesaler.
2007–2008 · Expired
In January 2007 the homepage was an expired-domain page stuffed with adult keywords and pop-up code pointing at a domain-monetisation service. The forum software still answered at /duba/ in late 2007 and 2008.
2011–2023 · 锡山区博维达锁厂
From at least 2012 the domain belonged to Xishan District Boweida Lock Factory in Wuxi, Jiangsu — the same three characters in a different first syllable, 博维达 rather than 博伟达 — which made door locks and uPVC window hardware. The site carried a Jiangsu ICP registration and was still being served in August 2023.
2014–2017 and 2024 · Parked and hijacked
Between the two factory-era captures the hostname showed Google and Baidu parking pages (2014, 2016, 2017). By September 2024 it served a Macau gambling template disguised as a waterproofing contractor. Those paths are answered here with 410 Gone.
